At approximately 9:50 a.m. that day, the two suspects entered the bank by a side door. One suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of money, while the other held a firearm and instructed bank staff members to stay on the floor.

A news release with the photos on Oct. 31 described Suspect 1 is described as a White man approximately 40-50 years old, standing approximately five feet nine inches to five feet 10 inches and weighing about 250 pounds. At the time of the robbery, he wore a blue bucket hat, a blue hooded sweatshirt with a white design, a green and orange reflective construction vest, black Under Armour jogging pants, black running shoes, a black medical mask and black gloves, and he carried a black duffel bag.

The release described Suspect 2 as a White man also about five feet nine inches to five feet 10 inches tall. During the robbery, he wore a dark-coloured bucket hat, a red sweatshirt, an orange and yellow reflective construction vest, baggy blue jeans, black boots or shoes, dark-coloured gloves and a black medical mask. He also carried a firearm.
