It’s hard to argue with people who claim that autumn is the best season in the National Capital Region.

Fresh, brisk air pulls walkers, bikers and other outdoor activity fans to the network of pathways surrounding Ottawa.

The restored Chief William Commanda Bridge lures people from both sides of the Ottawa River.

The leaves are heading into the last stages of converting to brilliant colours.

The farmers’ markets are full of all sorts of goodies.

The forecast for the next week is mixed, with expected cloudy skies for the next few days, then another sunny patch, so let’s check things out while we can.

Everyone knows what winter’s like.
