Love It or List It Vancouver’s Todd Talbot will share his experiences building a net-zero climate-resilient home and shows a sneak peak of his new documentary series Todd Talbot Builds: The Passive House Project. He’ll share his insights on why passive homes are the future.

Also, on the main stage, design expert Sarah Gunn will demonstrate how to craft seasonal tablescapes. Contractor and TV host Michael Homes Jr. of Holmes on Holmes: Building a Legacy will discuss how to prioritize your renovations, where to spend your money and how to choose the right products.

The 2024 Fall Home Show takes place Friday, Sept. 27 and Saturday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place.
