Zach Bryan’s drummer joined the country singer in making a pro-Palestinian statement of his own at Robert Kraft’s Gillette Stadium, as Bryan took the stage in a “Free Palestine” shirt.

Drummer Nate Head performed in a white-and-tan striped Palestine soccer jersey with “Hind Rajab” and the number 5 emblazoned on the back, according to TMZ.

Hind Rajab was a 5-year-old Palestinian girl who was killed in Gaza in January 2024 by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The outlet also reported that Bryan’s guitarist, Noah Le Gros, showed his support by wearing a green Palestine soccer jersey during the concert.

Bryan, for his part, wore a black T-shirt that read “Free Palestine,” with a picture of a pine tree separating the message from the words “An Appeal to Heaven.”

Friday marked the first night of a two-night run at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, as part of the closing leg of Bryan’s “With Heaven on Tour.”

The moment comes about a month after Kraft barred Macklemore from performing at the venue following the rapper’s pro-Palestinian remarks during Ed Sheeran’s “Loop Tour” — after which Macklemore was dropped from the remaining US dates.

During a Sept. 4 concert at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, the “Thrift Shop” emcee, 43, called for a “Free Palestine” and performed his 2024 protest song, “Hind’s Hall,” which was named after Rajab.

“I said, ‘Free Palestine!’ I want those words to be loud and clear, so that people all the way in Gaza to the occupied West Bank know that we have not forgotten about them,” Macklemore said in part during his speech.

Following Macklemore’s removal from the tour and the subsequent departures of several other opening acts in solidarity with the “Can’t Hold Us” hitmaker, Sheeran’s two-night run at Gillette Stadium was canceled due to severe weather warnings.

In the wake of the controversy, Kraft pledged $2 million toward Palestinian relief efforts, saying Sheeran personally urged him to make the donation.

“Earlier today, before Macklemore challenged me to match his donation, Ed called me and asked me to commit $2 million to match his donation to aid in the region to fight this humanitarian crisis,” Kraft, 85, said in a statement.

“Ed now plans to reach out to other venue owners, and our goal is to continue to work together to build bridges.”

More recently, Macklemore announced his “Free Palestine Tour,” with shows set for Dublin, Paris and London later this month.

In announcing the tour, he wrote in part, “If these last couple of weeks have shown us anything, it’s that something has shifted over the last three years.

“There has been a collective awakening around Palestinian liberation, the power of billionaires that try to censor that call, and what we expect from artists right now,” Macklemore added. “It’s 2026. Being apolitical during a genocide doesn’t work anymore.”
