Tyrese Gibson has landed in yet another legal hot water, as he is currently wanted in Atlanta.
The "Fast and Furious" actor has an arrest warrant out for him on the charge of animal cruelty after his neighbor's dog, Henry, was found dead. The death of Henry was seen to be caused by an attack from another animal, which is most likely one of the actors' Cane Corsos, and Justice is yet to be served.

Tyrese Gibson Wanted On Animal Cruelty Charges

Gibson is currently wanted in Atlanta, Georgia, for animal cruelty charges. The warrant for his arrest was put out after his neighbor's dog was found dead with wounds appearing to be from another animal.
Fulton County Police Animal Services has linked one of the actor's four Cane Corso dogs to the fatal incident. The conclusion from the investigations was not difficult to draw, as Gibson has reportedly been letting his dogs roam around freely.

On September 18, law enforcement received a call from Harrison Parker, Gibson's neighbor, stating that he had let his 5-year-old dog, Henry, out into his own yard, which was protected by an invisible fence. When he returned minutes later, he found Henry lying lifeless with punctures from another animal.
It was easy to tie the actor's dog to the scene of the crime, as retrieved security footage showed the Cane Corso scratching at a door across the street some minutes before the attack, along with several reports mentioned above.

Inside The 46-Year-Old's Previous Arrest

Gibson was arrested in 2024 for failure to pay child support by his ex-wife, Samantha Lee. The child support for his daughter, Sonraya, whom he shares with Lee, was increased to just over $10,000 monthly from the previous $2,200, and Gibson was not having it.
Due to his repeated refusal to pay for months, the presiding judge, Judge Kevin Farmer, held Gibson in contempt of court. The actor was then handcuffed and escorted out of the courtroom.
During the hearing, Farmer informed the actor that he would have to settle the contempt charges and avoid jail time by paying $73,000, which included the cost of his ex-wife's attorney fees.
The Blast covered the story, highlighting that Gibson had made arrangements to pay the fine to secure his freedom, while also stressing his innocence. In a now-deleted Instagram post, he claimed that the law was not on his side and that the judge was biased against him, having created a conflict of interest.

Inside The 'Baby Boy' Star's Acrimonious Relationships

Gibson not only faced child support and divorce drama with Lee and Sonraya, but he also had duels with his first wife, Norma Mitchell.
During his court case with Lee, Judge Farmer had to speak to the pair, advising them to be cordial amd not be mean or abusive towards each other in their daughter's presence.
He also stated that his ruling regarding child support was not intended as a punishment for Gibson, but rather to be directed towards the child, where it belongs.
With Mitchell, their issues began as the actor filed blackmail and fraud allegations against her. She countered the charges with a defamation lawsuit.
The relationship was so strained that she filed a restraining order against Gibson to keep him from their daughter, which was later denied as she did not attend the final hearing. She also asked that he remove several posts from his Instagram.

Tyrese Gibson Claimed An Income Drop Amid His Child Support Drama

In light of the actor's unpaid child support case with Lee, he filed a request claiming an income drop to push for lower child support fees.
Gibson made this move a few weeks after his arrest and release in December 2024. He stated that his monthly earnings had reduced to around $39,000, representing an 85% drop since September 2024, making it impractical for him to pay the $10,690 child support fee.
As reported by The Blast, his legal team argued that he no longer met the threshold of a high-income earner, and his finances were inconsistent due to his self-employed status; hence, the support obligation should be modified.
