Travis Kelce gushed over his and Taylor Swift’s August 2025 proposal on the first episode of “New Heights” since saying “I do.”
The athlete called the podcast episode he and Jason Kelce recorded with his now-wife moments before the engagement “one [he’ll] remember forever.”
Travis gushed, “Starting [the podcast season] with Taylor [was] pretty epic. During that recording the entire time, I’m planning, like, ‘I’m gonna ask this woman to marry me after this.'”
He doubled down on the episode being “really cool” and “pretty fun.”
Travis, notably, did not mention his Madison Square Garden nuptials — and “New Heights” will be on hiatus until Sept. 2.
He and Swift wed at the iconic New York City venue on July 3 in front of more than 1,000 guests.
Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony during which the pair’s vows reportedly had their A-list guests crying.
Attendees even received embroidered handkerchiefs in case they needed to wipe their tears.
The pop star’s vows reportedly featured her singing, and one particular exchange between the couple left attendees extra emotional, an insider told NBC News days after the nuptials.
According to the source, “It was actually [Kelce] that was more emotional,” though, “you would think the bride would be the one crying more.”

Another purported guest told the Daily Mail that Kelce was “nervous” at the altar and made a promise to Swift that left her in tears.
“Taylor looked tearful during a part in the vows where he promised to protect her forever,” an insider told the outlet.
The couple also chose to forgo a traditional wedding party to honor two special loved ones — Taylor’s brother, Austin, as her “Man of Honor” and Travis’ brother, Jason, as his best man.
The Grammy winner’s longtime publicist, Tree Paine, told Page Six that the pair’s wedding ceremony looks were created by Christian Dior Haute Couture, designed by Jonathan Anderson.

Following the ceremony, guests were reportedly led to the extravagant wedding reception, which included a raffle with high-end products, such as Chanel and Dior saddle bags and Cartier watches.
Additionally, Taylor and Travis, both 36, decorated the venue with a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS convertible with a customized license plate that read “JST&T MRD,” per footage obtained by Page Six.
As Page Six previously reported, Taylor and Travis’ big day began with a 4 p.m. cocktail hour on the sixth-floor concourse of MSG, with doors opening at 3:30.
The ceremony took place at 5:30 on the arena floor, followed by the reception, where A-list guests partied until the wee hours of the morning.
Ahead of the nuptials, Page Six exclusively learned that an area of the arena had been set up as a forest, complete with trees and carpet that resembles grass.
Notably, Kansas City Chiefs tight end proposed to his girlfriend of two years in the garden-esque backyard of his Kansas home in August 2025.
We exclusively learned that the two legally wed privately before their elaborate celebration.
