Trace Cyrus is calling out his sister Brandi for allegedly renting him a “mold infested” home and refusing to give him a refund.

“Alright, story time guys. I’ve tried to be really fing nice,” Trace, 37, opened his social media rant on his Instagram Stories Friday.

“So, I was renting this house from my lovely sister Brandi — happy belated birthday — a mold infested fing home. This is just one of the many problems since I moved into this house,” Trace continued, showing a hole in the ceiling of the home.

He added: “It’s been problem after problem. I just got clean water f–king recently. I didn’t even have clean f–king water. I’m sleeping on a f–king air mattress downstairs. The reason I can’t put out my f–king album or music this summer like I was planning? I gotta f–king move again.”

“Brandi doesn’t want to refund me my money. Wow. How many members of my family are just gonna go completely bats–t crazy and be pieces of s–t? It just never ceases to amaze me, the way that I’m treated by my own family is absolutely f–king disgusting. F–k you!”

A rep for Brandi did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

This wouldn’t be the first time Trace has spoken publicly against his family. As many recall, the former Metro Station frontman was unapologetically vocal about his distaste for his dad Billy Ray Cyrus amid the family’s years-long feud, which was sparked after his mom, Tish Cyrus, divorced Billy Ray in 2022.

Trace (seen above hugging Brandi at the “Last Song” premiere in 2010) continued, adding that he “just got clean water” and is currently sleeping on “a f–king air mattress” before he has to move once again. FilmMagic

In June, Trace called out the “Achy, Breaky Heart” singer for making a trip to Italy where he attended a fashion show with his current girlfriend, Elizabeth Hurley.

“This man is so hungry for fame it’s pathetic,” Trace wrote alongside a photo of the “Hannah Montana” actor via Instagram. “He really flew to Italy for a fashion show but wouldn’t come to LA for Mammie’s funeral while he was still married to my mom.”

Trace continued, claiming that “even after his daughter got him a $60k private jet like he demanded,” the country star “still didn’t come,” despite the jet allegedly having been paid for.

“You’re the lamest man ever to walk planet earth,” Trace continued in his rant. “Honestly embarrassed to have ever considered you my idol.”

At one point, the family feud became so messy that several members of the family were reportedly estranged from each other.

Still, the bonds were eventually able to be repaired — for the most part. In 2025, Trace’s famous sister Miley Cyrus revealed how the family healed their wounds without the help of therapy.

“We’re so messy, we didn’t even do any of that,” the “Wrecking Ball” songstress joked on an episode of Monica Lewinsky’s “Reclaiming” podcast.

“Just to get each other into a room to get to counseling would have been a war,” she recalled of their “really difficult … dark decade.”

She explained that while “half of [the family] weren’t speaking to each other at one point,” she “had a lot of loyalty to” mom Tish during the fallout her parents’ divorce. Tish has since moved on with new husband, Dominic Purcell.
