Three men from Toronto are facing firearm and drug charges following a police search in Scarborough this week.

Toronto Police said officers from the Integrated Gun and Gang Task Force conducted a search warrant on Tuesday at about 7:20 p.m. in the Danforth Rd. and Eglinton Ave. E. area.

During the search, police said investigators located and seized a 9 mm handgun with 11 rounds of ammunition in the magazine and oxycodone.
Three men were also arrested following the search, cops added.
Elvis Cadoo, 29, Karim Cadoo, 30, and Aiden Cadoo, 22, were each charged with possession of an unloaded regulated firearm, possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, possession of a firearm without holding a licence and drug possession.
Police said the younger Cadoo is also accused of failing to comply with a probation order and possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.

And York Regional Police say the suspect was out on a pair of release orders for unrelated offences.
Police said officers responded March 9 at about 11:40 a.m. to an attempted robbery at a Markham bank in the area of Hwy. 7 and Birchmount Rd.
According to police, the officers learned that a male suspect entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money and indicating that it was a robbery, but he fled on foot empty-handed.
Following an investigation, cops said a suspect was identified and linked to additional bank robberies in Toronto and Mississauga.
On Thursday, police said a search warrant was conducted at a Toronto residence and an arrest was made.
Muhammad Adbullah Anwar, of Toronto, is charged with four counts each of robbery and disguise with intent, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, two counts of failing to comply with a judicial release order, operation of a motor vehicle while prohibited and driving while suspended.

YOUTH ASSAULTED IN VAUGHAN, SUSPECT SOUGHT
Investigators in York Region are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect and are appealing for witnesses after a youth was assaulted.
York Regional Police said officers responded to a report of an assault shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the area of Tami Crt. and Bathurst St.
Investigators said the youth, who was walking on a forested pathway that connects Lady Nadia Dr. and Rivermill Cres., was assaulted by an unknown male suspect, but was not physically injured.
The suspect was last seen fleeing northbound in the Lady Nadia area, cops said.
The suspect is a 30- to 40-year-old male who was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, a grey and blue jacket, running shoes and a black medical mask.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have surveillance or dashcam video of the area at the time of the incident to contact the No. 4 District criminal investigations bureau at 1-866-876-5423, Ext. 7441, or call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.

TWO WANTED IN OAKVILLE ROBBERY
Police have turned to the public to help identify two suspects involved in an Oakville robbery Wednesday morning.
Halton Regional Police said, at about 9:40 a.m., two males stepped inside Brother Deals on Wheels on Wyecroft Rd. and confronted three males inside by demanding they hand over their valuables.
Police said the suspects were able to obtain jewelry and two cellphones before they fled the area in a black Acura RDX. Cops later determined that the suspect vehicle was stolen in Toronto.
According to police, one suspect was in possession of a handgun, while the other brandished a machete. Despite the weapons, the victims did not sustain any physical injuries, cops said.
Investigators described the first suspect as a Black male with a medium to heavy build wearing a dark-coloured zippered, hooded jacket over a tan-coloured hoodie, black cargo-style pants, black athletic sneakers, gloves and a black face covering. The suspect also carried a small black satchel and held a gun.

The second suspect is described as a male with a slender to medium build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black gloves, black and white patterned shoes, a red face covering and he was holding a machete.
Police ask anyone with information regarding this investigation, including anyone who may have security or dashcam video from the area or Wyecroft Rd. and Dorval Dr. around the time of the robbery, to contact the 2 District criminal investigations bureau at 905-825-4777, Ext. 2216, or call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
