Taylor Frankie Paul wants a bigger seat at the table when it comes to raising her children!

The reality star has expressed her displeasure with the parenting arrangement proposed by her former partners and has insisted that she will pursue a favorable outcome to the best of her ability.

Taylor Frankie Paul welcomed two kids from her marriage to Tate Paul between 2016 and 2022 and a third child during her relationship with Dakota Mortensen between 2022 and 2026.

Taylor is now slamming her former partners for orchestrating a coordinated effort to reduce the amount of time she spends with her children. The allegations follow both men presenting nearly identical custody proposals.

An insider close to the reality star explained that Dakota and Tate have each recently offered separate agreements that would have granted them 60 percent custody while leaving Taylor with only 40 percent. The insider explained that Taylor described the matching proposals as more than just a coincidence. 

According to her, Dakota and Tate may have attempted to effectively limit her role as a parent rather than prioritize the children’s best interests. Not only did Taylor vehemently reject the offer, but she also questioned the reasoning behind the proposals. 

As shared by Page Six, Taylor argued that if she was considered fit to parent her children 40 percent of the time, it contradicted any narrative suggesting she was incapable of providing a safe and stable environment. The reality star reportedly believes the dispute with her exes was about gaining leverage, not protecting their children.

Taylor is reportedly prepared to continue fighting in court for as long as necessary to ensure that the custody arrangement returns to the position that benefits her. The source continued that the reality star believed both fathers have aligned their legal strategies against her.

Despite the unity, Taylor reportedly remained confident that she would have the opportunity to challenge those claims before a judge, and she could not wait to see the pair lose.

The reality star has continued to sort her life even though her appearance on “The Bachelorette” remains uncertain; however, she has found encouragement in the wave of support from other women online.

Taylor and her ex-husband, Tate, finalized their divorce in 2022 following a soft-swinging social media scandal involving a group of Utah content creators.

In 2025, during an appearance on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy,” the media personality admitted that dating since her split from Dakota had taken on a new dimension. As shared by TODAY, she confessed that it is never a good feeling watching a former partner move on, as it often comes with emotional challenges.

However, she has found the right rhythm for her next romantic adventures, and that special someone must be in their 30s or early 40s, though she might explore with someone much younger.

She then threw in one non-negotiable clause that required any serious partner to be willing to relocate with her to Utah, as she has no plans to leave her home.

Taylor reportedly recently purchased a seven-bedroom house in an upscale suburb outside Salt Lake City, saying she planned to start a new chapter there with her three children. The reality star added that while career is not a priority on her list for a future partner, they must, however, be driven and motivated.

As for religion, belonging to the same Mormon faith is not a necessity for the reality star, but their partner must, however, prioritize kindness and empathy towards everyone.

Earlier in July, The Blast noted that Tate made another bold move in his custody battle with Taylor. He reportedly approached the court to seek review of its denial of his request for a temporary restraining order.

Tate has filed for a temporary restraining order citing concerns that Taylor’s actions around their children were becoming unpredictable and, as such, put them at great risk. He added more documents to really nail Taylor’s fate, including conversations via text of Taylor refusing to give her reason for entering into inpatient treatment. 

She also reportedly refused to provide updates on her mental health situation. More content from their text messages shows that Taylor admitted to Tate that she had stopped engaging in physical domestic altercations with Dakota, especially after he began recording their interactions. 

Upon getting wind of Tate and Dakota’s latest mission, Taylor dismissed their claims, describing them as an attempt to tarnish her professional image.
