She shared that she gives up very easily and prefers to buy old movies and series from iTunes instead of streaming them.
In the latest conversation for The Wall Street Journal Magazine (via Variety), Aubrey Plaza‘s frustration with streaming is still evident as she expresses her disappointment with Max. According to the Parks and Recreation fame, she could not check out The White Lotus Season 2 after failing to log in to her Max account.
I still haven’t, but I’m going to. To be honest, I had trouble opening my HBO Max account when I was trying to watch it originally. I couldn’t figure out the password and I usually just give up when I can’t figure out the passwords. I just can’t handle things like that.
The 40-year-old actress sounds a bit traditional as she confessed to having loved a DVD. But sadly, her desires went unfulfilled even after she asked many times. As The White Lotus is all set to return with its third season in 2025, it looks like Max should do something to help Plaza watch her critically appreciated performance on-screen.

Parks and Recreation is another show that had a memorable performance by Aubrey Plaza. She gained widespread fame for her part as April Ludgate in the series. Besides Plaza, the Chris Pratt show also had another memorable performance by Nick Offerman’s Ron Swanson. The character flaunted an iconic deadpan personality and hate for technology which is still discussed by the fans.
Offerman’s portrayal of Ron Swanson was widely appreciated by the fans of the sitcom. Ardent fans still remember how the character gave us one of the most iconic meme moments when he threw his computer in the dumpster as he thought that the device knew too much about him.
Besides the computer moment, several other instances also described his bitter relationship with modern devices. The man even preferred a typewriter over a desktop as the former cannot be hacked. It can be undoubtedly said that the resemblance between Swanson and Plaza is crazy.
However, even after hating streaming platforms so much, Aubrey Plaza is gearing up for her MCU debut with the upcoming Agatha All Along series on Disney+.
