There was a scary scene Sunday early in the Green Bay Packers game against the New York Jets when wide receiver Jayden Reed was carted off the field with an apparent neck injury.
Trainers and doctors brought out the cart and put a motionless Reed on a long spine board to protect the player from suffering further damage.
The entire Green Bay Packers team looked on as they watched from both the field and the sideline.
Reed collapsed to the turf when he was hit by Jets linebacker Demario Davis on the second play of the game.

It was a scary scene because no one at the time knew Reed's status as they watched him carted away.
The Packers have ruled Reed out for the remainder of the game with a neck injury. No further updates are currently available as there have been no ensuing press box announcements to the media.
