Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter Arrested For 'Furlough Order' Violation
According to court documents, Rosie's daughter faced the music for her actions on December 16 after failing to appear for a court hearing. A Wisconsin judge signed an arrest/bench warrant for Chelsea's arrest, noting she had violated the "furlough order" entered on December 9.
The daughter of the "Rosie Radio" star was booked back into the Marinette County Sheriff's Office on the same day the arrest warrant was issued. However, judging by her fourth mug shot in three months, she seemed far from remorseful.
The picture obtained by In Touch captured Chelsea smirking at the camera. She looked happy despite returning to police custody, wearing a long-sleeved white top and pulling her hair back in a bun.

A Judge Initially Denied The Furlough Request
Chelsea requested a furlough from the $7,500 bail set by a judge after she was arrested for the third time in two months. Her attorney argued that she needed the exemption to commence treatment for her addiction issues; however, the legal umpire denied the plea.
Rosie's infamous daughter first landed in jail after she was arrested in September for child neglect and drug possession. Authorities found her and her boyfriend Jacob Nelund's home filled with garbage, drugs, needles, and other paraphernalia.
The situation worsened when officers found the couple's 11-month-old son, Atlas, near a meth pipe and other dangerous substances. Weeks after she was released on bond, Chelsea was arrested on October 11 after cops found meth and pills on her during a traffic stop.
The 'SMILF' Actress' Daughter Faced Multiple Charges For Her Third Arrest
Chelsea's third arrest happened on November 18 when officers pulled over the car she was in and found a meth pipe with residue in it. During questioning, she denied having drugs on her body and revealed her plans to enter a treatment facility.
Despite her claims, cops found meth and various pills in a bottle on her following search after she was taken into custody. Chelsea was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor resisting an officer, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and more.
Naturally, her daughter's addiction problems left Rosie heartbroken, but she fortunately had someone who understood her plight. The Blast shared that the entertainer and her pal Wynonna Judd relied on each other amid their infamous children's legal woes.

Rosie O'Donnell And Wynonna Judd Found Comfort In Each Other
Like Rosie's situation, Judd's daughter, Grace Kelley, had a history of drug addictions and multiple arrests. She was arrested in October for stealing a van from a Charlottesville church and held without bail at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
A source noted the incident left Judd "worried out of her mind,"especially since her granddaughter Kaliyah fell under her guardianship after Kelley's arrest. Despite struggling emotionally with their daughters' legal problems, the insider shared that the singer and Rosie had found comfort in each other, saying:
"It helps to have someone to unload all these burdens on, and Wynonna and Rosie are depending on each other for support and encouragement now more than ever."
With Rosie O'Donnell's daughter returning to police custody, she will need her pal's help more than ever.
