In a release, police say Robson Florentino, 38, was last seen entering the Ottawa River on a paddle board at about 5:30 p.m. from the Gatineau side of the river across from Andrew Haydon Park.

There are concerns for his well-being, police said.

He is described as being of Hispanic heritage with brown hair, five feet seven inches tall with a muscular build.
