Perez Hilton drops price of his Las Vegas house as he remains hospitalized

Perez Hilton reduced the price of his Las Vegas home by $350,000 as he remains hospitalized from his August suicide attempt, according to a new report.

The gossip blogger, per TMZ, is selling the house for $3.9 million as opposed to the initial $4.25 million price tag.

Hilton’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The entertainment columnist listed the nearly six-bedroom residence in Sin City after he and his three children — Mario III, Mia and Mayte — moved from Nevada to Miami, Florida, in June.

At the time, the 48-year-old told Us Weekly that the 7,000-square-foot property was a “sanctuary and oasis in the desert” that “served [him] well personally and professionally.”

As for his reason for relocating, Hilton, born Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., said, “My entire family is in Miami. … Though I have not lived there in 30 years, it has always been my home.”

However, he was “anxious” and “overwhelmed” about the decision by July.

Hilton told his YouTube subscribers he had been “off the wagon in every sense” and “in a bit of a spiral.”

Weeks later, Hilton attempted suicide in his Miami home during an alarming TikTok livestream and was subsequently treated for an overdose, along with multiple lacerations.

His brother-in-law Tom told Hilton’s podcast listeners last month that his family member experienced “a couple falls” during the tragic incident and suffered broken bones.

Hilton’s sister, Barbara Lavandeira, who was present that day, described it exclusively to Page Six as the moment her “nightmare [becoming] a reality.”

While keeping “painful, graphic and overwhelming” details to herself, she told us, “I didn’t recognize my brother when I looked at him. I saw it in his eyes. They didn’t look the same. Then, a split second later, he smiled at me. It felt like I was staring at someone else.”

Hilton’s loved ones have continued giving updates, most recently saying, “His treatment is continuing in an inpatient setting under the care of a dedicated team of medical and mental health professionals.”

He is “able to communicate” and has been granted supervised visitation with his kids.

Prior to his suicide attempt, Hilton went to the hospital for other health scares — a near-fatal sepsis battle and struggles with “severe depression.”

The “mounting financial pressure” of his “pretty extreme” medical bills hit Hilton “pretty hard,” a source recently told us.
