La Liga president makes claim over Man City hearing

While the hearing is yet to start, La Liga president Javier Tebas believes most Premier League sides want to see Man City punished.

"I have spoken with many Premier League clubs and most of them understand that City should be sanctioned," Tebas told reporters.
