One person died in a single-vehicle crash on Donoghue Road near Kemptville on Monday morning.

The fatal collision happened just before 6 a.m. between Scotch Line Road West and County Road 43 in North Grenville, police said.

A Hydro One crew was at the scene stabilizing a hydro pole after the collision occurred, the OPP East Region said in a social media post.

The North Grenville fire department and the Leeds Grenville Paramedic Service also attended the scene.

Police continue to investigate.
