Nicole Kidman brought the hex appeal to Hollywood.
The actress hit the Los Angeles premiere of “Practical Magic 2” in witchy style Monday night, debuting Pieter Mulier’s first Atelier Versace design.
Kidman wore a black lace gown with a low-cut top and high-low skirt design that showed off her toned legs with a thigh-skimming hem on one side.
She accessorized with black lace Manolo Blahnik pumps and a matching choker necklace, adding some bling with Parure Atelier earrings and styling her hair in a vampy side-part with messy waves.
The bold lingerie-inspired look is a sneak peek at Mulier’s plans for the Italian fashion house, of which he was named creative director in February. The designer, who was previously at the helm of Alaïa, celebrated his official first day at Versace on July 1 and is not anticipated to show a collection on the catwalk until 2027.
Kidman’s decidedly on-theme dress was a far cry from the sea foam green sequined Chanel gown that she wore to the London premiere of the forthcoming film last week. The custom strapless dress was covered in strands of pearl chains that draped over her bodice and shoulders.
Also looking ready for spooky season was Sandra Bullock, who channeled Wednesday Addams in a custom Louis Vuitton black velvet dress with a plunging neckline and exaggerated collar in LA, following her asymmetrical leopard Givenchy look for the London premiere.
In London, Bullock showed off a special new tattoo dedicated to her two children, son Louis, 16, and daughter Laila, 12 — and then revealed stateside that the pair make a surprise appearance in the sequel film.
She teased that “they’re in the movie, but not in an obvious way to you,” adding that the pair don’t even know yet where they appear.
Playing the role of Bullock’s on-screen children are Joey King and Maisie Williams, the latter of whom has paid tribute to her fictional mom more than once on the press tour already; the “Game of Thrones” actress not only wore a burgundy dress inspired by one the star wore in 1999 but also borrowed straight from Bullock’s closet.
With “Practical Magic 2” hitting theaters Sept. 10, there’s sure to be more enchanting looks to come from all the leading ladies.
