Two 18-year-old men charged in Salsa on St. Clair double murder

Toronto Police have arrested two 18-year-olds in last month’s double murder at Salsa on St. Clair and revealed that all the shots fired at the festival came from one gun. In total, seven people were struck by gunfire. One of the men died at the scene and the other died at hospital.
