If there wasn’t enough evidence already that former Blue Jays ace Kevin Gausman and his family loved their time in Toronto, the case should now be considered open and shut. Gausman, who was dealt to the Chicago Cubs at the MLB trade deadline in August, was back in town on Monday with wife Taylor — and it had nothing to do with baseball. The Gausmans used the day off in the Cubs schedule to head north and enjoy their former home.

Former Fox employee Jennifer Eckhart dies by suicide

Jennifer Eckhart, a former Fox News associate producer, has died by suicide, according to TMZ. The 36-year-old died at home in Hobe Sound, Fla., according to a rep for the Martin County Medical Examiner’s Office. A heavy police presence was seen outside her residence on Saturday morning after she was reportedly found dead in her home by her mother.

WARMINGTON: Belleville synagogue shooting was ‘antisemitic attack,’ Ontario’s top cop says

Ontario’s Solicitor General has ended all speculation about the motive in the shooting attack on a Belleville synagogue. This was a terror attack against Jews. Other speculation and theories floated that perhaps it could have been an attack on the officer who happened to be at the synagogue have been ruled out, Michael Kerzner said.
