Known for its playful and indulgent menu, Swig has built a cult following, including nods to its popularity on the hit reality show, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives."

The Las Vegas location marks an exciting new chapter, blending Swig’s small-town origins with the glitz and energy of Sin City, making it a must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike. And Swig Vegas franchise partners Jessica, David, and Gabby Smuin have plans to add more locations in Las Vegas in the near future!

Get A Free Dirty Soda At Swig In Las Vegas During Their Grand Opening!

You read that right! Get a FREE 24-ounce dirty soda on Friday, Jan. 10 and Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., to celebrate the grand opening of the flagship Vegas location of Swig.

If you're new to the dirty soda trend, it's a customizable drink that originated in Utah and gained popularity for its unique twist on classic soft drinks. It typically involves mixing soda (Coke, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Sprite, and others) with flavored syrups, fruit purees, cream, and other fun ingredients to make a unique tasting beverage.

It's basically a soda-meets-mocktail type of experience with endless combinations.

Swig Offers Thousands Of Drink Combinations

The menu has plenty of great options, and you can build your own drink, choosing the base, syrups, and other ingredients.

If you're not a soda drinker but want to get in on the action, no worries! Swig also has water-based drinks that can be customized in the same way, as well as energy drinks, lemonade, and hot chocolate.

You can visit hundreds of times and never have the same drink twice thanks to all the possible combinations.

While Swig has a lobby and seating area inside, they are only operating through the drive-thru during the grand opening. The lobby will open to the public on Monday, Jan. 13.

'We Fell In Love With The Brand'

While this is the first Swig for Sin City, locals won't have to wait too long to get a few more in different areas of Las Vegas.

"We fell in love with the brand when they opened in 2010, and for years, every year, we would all and say we would like to franchise because we loved everything about what they were doing," Jessica Smuin told The Blast exclusively.

"This is the flagship for the Vegas location, and we're looking to open several more in the next few years. Our Rainbow location should be coming online in late March or early April, and we've got a few more in the pipeline. We're looking in Centennial, Henderson, up north. We also have Craig Road and North 5th solidified and that should be opening late summer."

While the grand opening celebration is today and tomorrow, Swig Las Vegas opened a few weeks ago and the response has been super positive.

"We've been so, so busy since we opened. We've been able to serve a lot of people, and everybody's been super happy that we're here," Gabby told The Blast. "We even started noticing repeat customers, so it's been really fun talking to them and creating that relationship."

Fans Of 'The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives' Know All About Swig!

For some, their first introduction to dirty soda and Swig happened while watching the Hulu hit reality series, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives."

"When I ask how'd you hear about us, a lot of the times they said either TikTok or the show," Jessica shared. "And a lot of people are like, oh we've tried it in Utah, we've been to St. George. The show helped, but I also think the brand is just so strong that people know it from visiting other places."

While many viewers of the show know just what each of the MomTok stars' favorite Swig drink is, there's already some popular drinks at the new Vegas location.

"There's definitely a few drinks that get ordered more. We have made so many Texas Tabs. That's Dr. Pepper with vanilla and coconut cream," Gabby said. "We've made a lot of Shark Attacks; that's another top one."

With so many different combination options, there's something at Swig to quench anyone and everyone's thirst.

In addition to the soda-based drinks, they also offer water-based drinks called "refreshers."

"The most popular are the Strawberry Breeze and Mango Breeze," David said. "The Strawberry Breeze is sugar-free vanilla syrup, sugar-free coconut syrup, with strawberry puree, coconut cream and frozen strawberries. It's really good."

Swig also offers their own line of energy drinks, if that's more your speed. And if it's snacks you're seeking, they offer some great options - cookies, pretzel bites, and more.
