Sahara Ray is set to be cremated following her death at the age of 34.

According to a death certificate obtained by Page Six on Tuesday, the model — who passed away on Oct. 18 — will be cremated on November 10.

The Los Angeles residence of her mother, Gretchen Gia Bach, is listed as the location of final disposition.

Though an autopsy was completed, an official cause of death has yet to be revealed.  According to TMZ, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office is still awaiting toxicology results.

The document also confirms the influencer passed away at Los Angeles hospital Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Ray’s body was released to family members late in October, Page Six confirmed on Oct. 27.

News broke last month that the Australian swimwear designer died last month following a suspected fentanyl overdose, with the Daily Mail reporting at the time that she was put on life support.

A source told the outlet that the family made the unthinkable decision that same day to take her off life support.

The social media personality — who was the daughter of Bach and surf legend Tony Ray, and previously dated Mod Sun and Justin Bieber — had welcomed infant daughter Snow in January with Michael Bradley Dow.

Bach paid tribute to her late daughter in a heartfelt Instagram post revealing she was “wearing Sahara’s clothes and sobbing as I read and repost the love letters and tributes to my firstborn daughter” while staying in a Los Angeles Airbnb following the heartbreaking loss.

Sahara’s younger sister Ruby Ray also mourned the model as “The most vivacious, intelligent, hilarious, kind, empathetic and breathtakingly beautiful soul” in her own Instagram upload.

“I don’t think there are words in any language capable of holding the weight of this heartbreak.
Ruby lamented in the October 19 post. “I don’t know how to make sense of a world that keeps turning when mine feels as though it has stopped.”

“Days of Our Lives” alum Jessica Serfaty, a close friend of Sahara, exclusively told Page Six last month that she faced mental health challenges prior to her shocking death.

Serfaty confessed to us that “it was heartbreaking to witness someone we loved so deeply experience so much pain.”

The actress said that she and Sahara’s mother “came together on several occasions to figure out how best to support Sahara.”

“There were times when we gathered the people closest to her, trying to create a circle of love, stability, and support around her when we felt she needed it most.”

Though in the end, there wasn’t “an easy answer” on how to help Sahara, Serfaty said she hoped her pal — whom she met on the set of DNCE’s “Cake by the Ocean” music video in 2015 — “always knew how deeply she was loved.”

She added of the beloved internet personality, “There were so many people who cared for her, who showed up for her, and who wanted nothing more than to see her happy and at peace.”

Mod Sun — to whom Sahara was romantically linked in 2023 — remembered her as  “pure magic” and “a true love of mine” in an Instagram Reel last month.

“She could turn any moment into art. She walked into a room + all the sudden it was vibrant,” the musician wrote.
