Royal commentator Alison Boshoff discussed Meghan’s reported travel plans during an appearance on NewsNation. “She is going back by the way, here at half term and in the holidays. Half term is five weeks… so she is just dipping in and dipping out again,” Boshoff said, per The Sun.

The British term “half term” refers to a short break that occurs in the middle of a school semester. The timing would reportedly allow Meghan to return to Montecito while Archie and Lilibet are out of school. “In five weeks, she’ll be back in Montecito for a week. Then she’ll come back, do another five weeks, another five weeks in her Cotswolds prison, and then back to Montecito for Christmas,” Boshoff claimed.

It was Boshoff who characterized Meghan’s time in the Cotswolds as a “prison.” Meghan has not publicly used that description for her new home or said she is unhappy living in Britain.
