On a recent episode of her podcast, which she co-hosts with Miquita Oliver, singer Allen addressed her split from Harbour, opening up about her emotional struggles during a "tough period."

"I'm finding it hard to be interested in anything," Allen said, per the Daily Mail. "I'm really not in a good place. I know I've been talking about it for months, but I've been spiraling and spiraling. It's got out of control; I've tried."

The "Dream Land" actress recalled recent moments of distress, including having a panic attack at the "Miss Me?" Christmas lunch and leaving a theater performance midway due to overwhelming emotions.

She admitted, "I can't concentrate on anything except the pain I'm going through. It's really hard."

The singer also talked about her daughters, Ethel, 13, and Marnie, 11, who she shares with ex-husband Sam Cooper.

Allen noted, "I can say it's really tough - they are always there, and you have to be present and there for them. And that's okay, when things in life are going well and you're coping it's really nice to have the kids around they're a joy. One of the main sources of joy in one's life."

She added, "But when things are not going so well, and life is tough, as it is for many people for all manner of reasons, having to hold things together is really hard."

In a podcast episode released Thursday, Allen seemingly confirmed her split from Harbour, admitting she "wasn't in a good place."

While recounting a trip to Kenya with the 49-year-old actor, she hesitated over the word "husband," fueling speculation that their relationship ended after she allegedly discovered Harbour using the celebrity dating app Raya.

Addressing her upcoming three-week break from the podcast, the 39-year-old singer reassured listeners, dismissing rumors of a relapse into her past struggles with addiction.

"I'm going away next week for a few weeks, listeners, but I do want to reassure people because there will be speculation because of the amount of time I'm going to be taking away that I'm going to drug rehab - I've not, I've not relapsed," she said.

Denouncing the false narratives circulating about her, Allen continued: "O, seen some horrible blind items on the internet that I was found in a crack den by my husband being surrounded by men. I don't know who is spreading these vicious rumors, but it's not true."

Allen reportedly went full "Wagatha Christie" to uncover whether her husband, Harbour, was seeking other women amid rumors of their split.

"Wagatha Christie" is a name linked to Colleen Rooney, wife of former English footballer Wayne Rooney, after she went undercover to expose fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy for allegedly leaking stories about her.

Suspecting infidelity, Allen is said to have gone undercover and rejoined the dating app Raya, where she first met Harbour, and pretended to be "looking for women" while investigating.

According to the Daily Mail, Allen discovered Harbour's profile on the app, which had been active for at least a month.

A source shared "Lily was looking for women that were on Raya and cross-referencing them with women David follows on Instagram to try to figure out who he was seeing. She was doing her Wagatha thing."

"Lily has never even looked at anyone since she met David. She is devastated," the insider told the news outlet. "He was meant to be on holiday with her in Kenya over Christmas."

Harbour's dating profile on Raya, which the news outlet revealed, reads: "Visiting New York from Atlanta." He then describes himself as a "closet nerd that plays tough guys on your TV."
