Kevin Fredericks

Kevin Fredericks, who posts under the moniker KevOnStage, isn't afraid to flood the zone. Actually, posting three to five videos daily across multiple platforms is a key part of the comedian's plan, and so far it seems to be working: Fredericks has amassed 10 million followers across his social media platforms. It helps that he has genuinely funny takes on everything from religion (which he channeled into a BET+ series called Churchy) to family life (he shares two teenage sons with his wife, Melissa) to pop culture. Last year was a banner year for the 43-year-old. He published a New York Times best-selling memoir, Successful Failure: Lessons Learned Flat on My Face, joined Tubi’s inaugural creators program, created the improv series The Hospital for BET, and teamed up with Fuse Media to develop original programming for Fuse+. Also in 2025, Fredericks launched a weekly iHeartRadio and Unanimous Media podcast, on which he speaks with fellow entertainers about their early career failures. This year is looking equally bright for Fredericks: in February, he hosted the NAACP Image Awards Creative Honors ceremony, and in May he hosted fellow creator Keith Lee’s first-ever Familee Day Festival in New Orleans.
