Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reunite, attend back-to-school night together amid ongoing divorce: report

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck put on a united front as they attended their children’s back-to-school night together amid their divorce proceedings.

According to TMZ, the exes supported their respective children at their Los Angeles area school on Tuesday night.

Insiders told the outlet they were “cordial” and “totally cool with each other.”

The source, however, clarified they were still moving forward with their divorce, but “still care for each other.”

Reps for Lopez and Affleck didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Lopez, 55, shares 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and Affleck, 52, is the father to Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, with whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

The “Gigli” stars have put aside their differences for the sake of their blended family, as they were spotted on a family outing over the weekend.

Saturday’s lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel was the former couple’s first appearance together since the pop star pulled the plug on her marriage to the actor last month.

Paparazzi captured the duo and their children, sans Violet who is off at college, heading into the ritzy hotel to eat at the Polo Lounge.

Insiders told Page Six that the “Gone Girl” star “could not keep his hands off” Lopez as they enjoyed their meal separately from their three kids.

They were even “holding hands and kissing,” which we were told “was not planned.”

“They have always had a lot of sexual chemistry,” a source told Page Six. “They are still attracted to one another.”

Affleck and the “On the Floor” songstress were married for two years before the latter filed for divorce in August.

Over the summer, the actress and the “Good Will Hunting” star sparked split rumors as Lopez notably attended the 2024 Met Gala, which she co-chaired, sans her estranged husband in May.

The next month, the actors privately put their shared $68 million Beverly Hills mansion up for sale.

Affleck and Lopez, who eloped in July 2022, also spent their second wedding anniversary apart and the father of two was absent from his estranged wife’s 55th birthday bash that same month.
