Jamie Foxx reportedly has no intention to let bygones be bygones after being hit in the face with a glass while celebrating his birthday.
The actor dined with family and friends at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, California, but he was angered when an image of a p-nis was projected onto his table. In an attempt to address the situation, an unidentified individual threw a glass bottle at him and injured him in the face.
Sources have now disclosed that Jamie Foxx is looking to press charges as investigations continue.

Jamie Foxx Wants To Press Charges Against Glass-Thrower
Foxx is reportedly looking to press charges against the individual who left him needing stitches after throwing a glass at him during his birthday dinner with loved ones at Mr. Chow.
The movie star was involved in a scuffle on the said day as crew members from the "Jackass" production company directed a "laser p-nis pointer" at his table, projecting a lewd image.
He seemingly got "upset" and went over to figure things out when someone in the group threw a glass at him and left him needing to get stitches.
A source has now told TMZ that the "Django Unchained" actor is "fully cooperating with the investigation" and that he "wants to press charges so this type of incident does not happen to others."

Investigations Into The Case Are Still Ongoing
According to the news outlet, investigations into the case are still ongoing as police have yet to make an arrest or publicly name a suspect linked to the incident.
Law enforcement has reportedly retrieved video evidence from the popular celeb hotspot but is still speaking to the parties involved.
Reports claim they're now looking to speak with "Jackass" stuntman Jasper Dolphin, who was at the restaurant the night the incident happened.
Although some reports claim that Foxx only went over to talk things through, another source connected to the Jackass crew claimed that he had backup with him when he went to address the situation, and things quickly got physical and tense between the parties involved.

Attorney Bryan Freedman, who is representing Dickhouse Productions, said, "Although the crew has the greatest respect for Jamie, the version of events that has been presented is totally inaccurate and deeply unfair to those attending their holiday celebration that night."

Jamie Foxx Seemingly Reacted To The Glass Incident
Foxx did not let the glass-throwing incident bother him. Shortly after it occurred, he took to Instagram to seemingly give an update on the situation.
"The devil is a lie," he wrote. "Can't win here… thank you to everybody that prayed and checked on me… when your light is shining bright… they try to bring you darkness… but they don't know that you're built for it… the lights have been shining bright…"

He Was Seen With Some Family Members At A Billie Eilish Concert
The "Day Shift" actor is seemingly moving on from the incident after coming off his successful return to the stage following a harrowing health scare he suffered last year.
According to the Daily Mail, Foxx was spotted earlier this week as he joined up with some family members for the Billie Eilish concert at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA.
He wore a long-sleeved leather shirt with a Teddy bear embroidered on one pocket and the letter "M" on the other as a jacket over a black and white striped T-shirt.
Foxx also sported black leather jeans and thick-soled black boots, completing the look with a pair of dark sunglasses.
Jamie Foxx Had A Stroke Last Year
Foxx finally opened up about his mysterious health scare in his Netflix comedy special, "What Has Happened Was..." The comedian disclosed that he suffered a "brain bleed that led to a stroke" and was unconscious for 20 days.
"I was fighting for my life," he explained. "April 11, I was having a bad headache, and I asked my boy for an aspirin… before I could get the aspirin… I went out. I don't remember 20 days."
The Oscar-winning actor shared that he was on the brink of death and went into a coma for several weeks.
After seeking medical care, he met a doctor at Piedmont Hospital who told him he was "having a brain bleed that's led to a stroke."
"If I don't go in his head right now, we're going to lose him," the doctor said at the time.

After his surgery, Foxx shared that the doctor told his sister, Deidra Dixon, "You were right. Your prayers are answered. We didn't find where it was coming from, but he is having a stroke. He may be able to make a full recovery, but it's going to be the worst year of his life."
