Ivanka Trump traded in her stilettos for sneakers as she showed fans how she stays fit.
The former first daughter shared a video of herself working out via her Instagram Story Wednesday, where she got down and sweaty during a lower body session with trainer Sandy Brockman.
She showed off her perfect form while squatting with a barbell, carrying 10-pound weight plates on each side.
“Beautiful Back Squats Today,” Brockman wrote over the video reshared by the 42-year-old businesswoman.
“Heck yes! Let’s Go!” Trump responded.
The mom of three sported an all-gray workout fit, consisting of a long-sleeve top and leggings, paired with white tennis shoes. She styled her hair in a ponytail.
Fitness has been a part of Trump’s life for years as she was spotted jogging with her husband, Jared Kushner, in Miami in March 2021.
At the time, the couple were photographed running side-by-side nearby where Page Six exclusively revealed they purchased a $30 million lot of land on Indian Creek Island, known as “Billionaire’s Bunker.”
Trump also keeps moving by playing golf.
Trump previously revealed she would wake up at the crack of dawn to break a sweat.
“I get up at 5:30 a.m. and meditate or work out — or both. Then I shower and listen to a TED Talk while I moisturize and do my makeup,” she told My Morning Routine in 2015.
At the time, Trump explained that she would exercise with a personal trainer at a gym in her building or work out in hotels when she was traveling.
As for her diet, she told the outlet that lemon water and a “big cup of coffee” are a must at breakfast.
Trump explained she waits until her kids get up at 7 a.m. to eat and gives them the option of “fancy oatmeal” with an assortment of fruit and seeds or Greek yogurt with berries.
