It started with US forces capturing President Nicolas Maduro successful January and taking him to New York to look drug-trafficking charges.

The US present determines however Venezuela accesses its lipid revenues – the mainstay of its economy.

It is backed by interim person Delcy Rodriquez – portion brokering talks betwixt the Venezuelan authorities and absorption factions.
