Bleach is one of the Big 3 of Jump’s Shonen along with One
Piece
and Naruto. After a ten-year hiatus in 2012, the series made its comeback with its sequel Thousand Year Blood War. This also marked Tite Kubo’s return as a manga artist. But there’s more to it than meets the eye.

Moreover, the sequel has a lot to offer. Thousand Year Blood War not only looks promising but stays true to its core storyline. Besides that, the author’s involvement and insights in the project do justice to his work and make sure that the arcs are well put. This restores the fans’ faith and gives them a much-needed closure.

Fans respond to Tite Kubo’s involvement in the Bleach sequel

Bleach is a popular supernatural Shonen manga written by Tite Kubo. While it is considered ‘weak’ among the Big 3 of Shonen anime, it is more complex and well-put in terms of its storyline and characters. From character development to supernatural elements, Kubo sensei’s manga differs from its contemporaries

Kubo’s deteriorating health because of the overworked schedules led to the series’ hiatus. Initially, several fans blamed the author for the abrupt and inconclusive ending, oblivious to the real reason behind this decision. In a recent turn of events, the fanbase offered support to the author and welcomed his return as a mangaka.

Most fans expressed their support and delight at Tite Kubo’s involvement in the process on Twitter. A user shared their disappointment regarding people’s disregard for Kubo’s hard work and his health in this tweet.

I just find it so sad that people on twt belittle him for the ending and how he "patches things up" in the novels. I'm sure as a creative man himself, he wanted to give his series a proper fully fleshed out ending but nevertheless, he still delivered despite his injury
