It is outrageous how, in today’s day and age, game characters are being called out for belonging to different ethnicities. It is truly a dark age we are living in currently, as racism has now found its way into gaming as well.

A streamer/YouTuber named Synthetic Man is at the center of this criticism. He recently released a video where he gave his not-so-needed opinion on the character design for the recently released game Space Marine 2. He is seen bashing and calling out characters based on the color of their skin.

Synthetic Man Should Be Banned From Public Appearances

In a recent video by Synthetic Man, released on his YouTube channel, he is seen spitting his unpopular privileged opinions and criticism of Space Marine 2 for featuring black ultramarines and an Indian female commander in the game.

Space Marine 2 is one of the best games to have come out this year. The game is a direct sequel to Space Marine, which was released 13 years ago in 2011.

He outrightly calls out the black Ultramarine as a corrupted fellow based on his looks. His insecurities seem to have gotten the better of him, and people like him should not be allowed to appear in public since their opinions might have a negative impact on some of the malleable minds out there.

Space Marine 2 is PEAK Masculinity

It is not a safe world with people like Synthetic Man out there propagating racism and sexism openly on a public platform. It is really saddening to see how one privileged man’s opinion can hurt the sentiments of thousands of people belonging to all ethnicities and genders of their choice.

His synthetic opinions are a true cause of worry, and he should be banned from YouTube without further adieu. While sharing his opinions on the game, he called out one black character corrupt based on just his appearance. He said:

I have faith in your brothers; yeah, everyone except him. I sense heresy from this one; he’s corrupted. You can see it on his skin.

He is criticizing the game for being too inclusive of all ethnicities, which is just as baseless as his comment on the black Ultramarine. He had a problem with the wokeness of the game and called the inclusivity left-wing propaganda. He felt that the amount of diversity shown in the game is comical.

Space Marine 2 Does A Good Job With Inclusivity of Many Ethnicities

The war-torn universe of the game is set in a world away from Earth. It makes sense to include many ethnicities instead of focusing on people from just one particular region.

This shows how video games are trying to widen their horizons and taking a step away from the stereotypical portrayal of characters and their worlds in games. Space Marine 2 grounds the stepping stone on which many more games are going to set foot on a journey toward the next step in the evolution of video games.

There will still be sexist and racist people like Synthetic Man with their synthetic opinions, but their voices are just uneasy sounds best left for the void. However, it is still dangerous until people like him are abstained from public appearances.
