Germany announce U21 squad for upcoming Euro qualifiers

Antonio Di Salvo has selected his squad for Germany U21's upcoming European Championship qualifiers against Latvia, Malta and Georgia.

Germany U21 coach Antonio Di Salvo has named his squad to face Latvia (September 26), Malta (September 30) and Georgia (October 6) in the final three games of the qualification campaign for the 2027 U21 European Championship in Albania.

Di Salvo has called up seven newcomers, with Frank Feller, Noahkai Banks, Laurin Ulrich, Francis Onyeka, Wael Mohya, Paris Brunner and Louey Ben Farhat all named in the squad for the first time.

“I’m looking forward to getting to know the new players in the U21 environment and seeing how they perform in our qualifying matches,” Di Salvo said.

Defenders: Elias Baum, Lukas Ullrich, Linus Gechter, Joshua Quarshie, Tom Rothe, Karim Coulibaly, Noahkai Banks
