Toronto Police have charged an additional person in connection with the Nov. 25 homicide of Dylan Adams, 18, of Toronto.

Investigators had previously announced the arrests and charges against three males and identified one additional suspect, Stephen Brice Pierre, 27, of Montreal, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

On Monday, Pierre was arrested and charged with eight firearm-related charges.

Previously, Frandy Noel, 27, of Toronto, was charged with second-degree murder the day after the homicide

On April 11, police arrested 22-year-old Zavion Boswell, of Toronto, and charged him with numerous offences, including manslaughter, robbery with a firearm and three counts of possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm.

On April 27, police announced the arrest of Issem Mohamed Rehayem, 30, of Montreal. He was charged with multiple offences, including unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order.

Cops said on Nov. 25, around 4:45 a.m., they responded to a call for a shooting in the King St. and Spadina Ave. area.

It’s alleged that Noel was approached by a group of males, the males discharged firearms, and he was struck by gunfire.

It’s further alleged that Noel then discharged a firearm, striking one of the males in the group — Adams — and was taken to hospital, where his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.

Adams was dropped off at a hospital a short time later, where he was pronounced dead.

MAN SOUGHT IN ASSAULT PROBE

Toronto Police are requesting the public’s help identifying a man wanted in an assault investigation.

Cops said on May 17 at 3:30 p.m., police were called to the Yonge and Dundas Sts. area for an assault.

It’s alleged that after the victim and the suspect had a verbal altercation at a mall, the suspect approached the victim, and a physical altercation ensued, resulting in the victim having significant but non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect, who fled the scene, is described as male, 40-50, six feet tall with a slim build, and long grey hair in a ponytail.

He was last seen wearing black pants, a black zip-up jacket, black hat, and a dark-coloured shoulder bag.

COPS PROBE FATAL CRASH

Toronto Police are investigating after an early Tuesday morning collision in the Bayview Ave. and Pottery Rd. area resulted in a fatality.

Cops said at 12:21 a.m., it was reported that a 37-year-old male was operating a 2025 red Ducati motorcycle southbound on Bayview and a a 32-year-old male was operating a 2025 Black Honda CRV northbound on Bayview.

Police said the motorcycle went over the centre line and struck the Honda CRV and the motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries at scene.

The driver of the Honda remained at scene and the investigation is ongoing.

ANOTHER FATAL CRASH BEING INVESTIGATED

Toronto Police said a Monday afternoon collision in the Nugget Ave.-Markham Rd. area led to a fatality.

Cops said at 1:48 p.m., they responded to a call after it was reported a 42-year-old male was operating a black Honda motorcycle westbound on Nugget and a 53-year-old female was driving a green Ford Fusion eastbound on Nugget.

Police said the Ford Fusion made a left turn to enter a private driveway on the north side of the street and struck the motorcycle and then a third vehicle, a black Dodge Hornet being driven by a 25-year-old male, that was stationary in the driveway waiting to exit onto Nugget.

All three vehicles remained on scene.

The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and on Monday night succumbed to their injuries.

The driver of the Ford Fusion was taken to hospital with minor injuries and the driver of the Dodge Hornet did not sustain any injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
