As the highly publicized scandal continues to fall under the lens, more reports are being brought to light while more angles on the case are being explored. Ongoing investigations set to uncover the ties between the disgraced royal and the late sex offender continue to shed light on previous claims.

Ex-Prince Andrew has since lost his standing in the royal family due to the Epstein scandal. Virginia Giuffre maintained before her death that she was trafficked to the former royal while she was still a minor, accusing him of battery and sexual assault.

Ex-Prince Andrew’s Case To Be Addressed Across The Globe With Virginia Giuffre’s Family

Distance has proven not to be a barrier, as investigators from the Thames Valley Police are covering miles to seek out more info. Some members of the police department in the United Kingdom are reportedly hopping on a flight to the U.S. to have a chat with Giuffre’s family concerning the disgraced former Prince.

The members of the late sex trafficking advocate’s family to be interviewed have been identified as her brother and sister-in-law, Sky and Amanda Roberts. According to The Times of London, they would not be formally interviewed.

Since Sky and Amanda are not direct witnesses to Andrew’s alleged atrocities, the conversation with the investigators would be an informal chat but may prove pivotal to the investigation. Giuffre’s family has reportedly praised the police for being “very proactive” in their investigation.

The Thames Valley Police Are Reportedly Pulling In The Bandwagon On The Case

According to reports, the police are not limiting their search for answers to Giuffre’s family. They have also been working on gathering case files and are looking to speak with Andrew’s security team for more insight into the claims and allegations.

Andrew has been under heavy scrutiny by Thames Valley Police for his alleged sexual offenses in connection with the Epstein case, as reported by TMZ. Giuffre, who died by suicide last year, was one of Epstein’s most well-known victims, as she was vocal about being trafficked on the late convict’s island.

Although the disgraced Prince has never been criminally charged despite the scathing allegations, Giuffre maintained that she was trafficked to the ex-Prince as a minor and was intimate with him at least three times.

The Former Prince’s Timeline Does Not Check Out

Ex-Prince Andrew previously publicly claimed he severed ties with the late sex offender after learning he was under investigation. He alleged at the time that he was out of touch with Epstein from 2006 till 2010, adding that their interaction in 2010 was solely to end their friendship formally.

However, recently released correspondence shows that the pair was still in touch, contrary to Andrew’s previous claims. Released emails suggest that after the infamous photo of Andrew and Giuffre, who was a teenager at the time, became widely circulated in 2011, the former Duke of York reached out to Epstein with a message of solidarity. 

“I’m just as concerned for you! Don’t worry about me! It would seem we are in this together and will have to rise above it,” Andrew allegedly wrote in an email dated February 28, 2011, adding, “Otherwise keep in close touch, and we’ll play some more soon!!!!” 

The Blast shared that these emails went out approximately three months after the ex-Prince declared he had cut ties with Epstein. This discovery raised so many questions about their controversial relationship.

The Palace Reportedly Turned A Blind Eye To Andrew’s Alleged Crimes

Another Epstein victim spoke up, claiming the late convict sexually assaulted her and accusing Buckingham Palace of keeping mute to the former Prince’s actions.

Jess Michaels said that the palace officials were well aware that Andrew could face a criminal investigation years ago, yet they “sat on it.” This is what institutions do: they protect powerful men and leave the people they harmed to carry it,” Michaels remarked in a previous interview. 

The Blast also shared that the most senior officer in the royal household, Buckingham Palace’s Lord Chamberlain, allegedly received 30,000 emails in 2020, saddled with information connected to ex-Prince Andrew.  

Some of these emails reportedly contained allegations that the disgraced royal shared confidential information with Epstein while he worked as a trade envoy for a decade. Buckingham Palace has yet to prove or disprove these claims.

Ex-Prince Andrew’s Alleged Crimes Cost Him A Relationship With His Brother

According to previous reports from The Blast, the Epstein scandal may have built a wall between Andrew and his brother, King Charles. Despite efforts from other members of the royal house to foster a reconnection, the King is firm in his decision about cutting ties with his younger brother.

Insiders have revealed that the siblings do not see eye to eye anymore, as “It would take an enormous shift in the King’s thinking for them even to be in the same room.”  They added that  “The hard reality is that the King may never speak to Andrew again.” 

King Charles and Andrew are said to have had a dysfunctional relationship for years, and the Epstein case is just the straw that broke the camel’s back.

They had their fair share of tensions and “were never close as brothers in the first place.” The King is also reportedly torn between his personal ties to his brother and responsibilities to the crown.
