A former JPMorgan banker whose explosive sex-slave lawsuit against a female superior recently made headlines was reportedly dropped by his lawyer just hours before a scheduled hearing in a New York court on Tuesday.

The lawyer representing Chirayu Rana, 35, a former JPMorgan investment banker, filed a consent to be “discharged” as Rana’s attorney, the Daily Mail reported.

Daniel Kaiser, a high-profile lawyer who has represented Jeffrey Epstein victims, was reportedly set to appear in court to argue that Rana should be officially known only as “John Doe” in court proceedings.

Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail showed Rana doesn’t yet have a new lawyer and would be representing himself “pro se” in court until he finds a new legal representative.

Allegations include demand for threesome

Rana’s salacious lawsuit against JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini, 37, included accusations that she allegedly used him as her “sex slave” and demanded a threesome while she was his boss.

The suit, which was filed under the pseudonym John Doe, went viral last month, leading several media outlets to identify the plaintiff as Rana.

Rana’s lawsuit alleged that Hajdini forced him into non-consensual and humiliating sex acts over several months, starting in 2024.

He also alleged that Hajdini drugged, threatened and insulted him during that time.

Accused hits back

Last week, Hajdini filed a countersuit against Rana, claiming his allegations were fabricated to destroy her career and reputation.

Both Hajdini and JPMorgan Chase, which was named in Rana’s lawsuit, have denied the allegations.

The bank said an internal investigation found no evidence to support Rana’s allegations.

“While numerous employees co-operated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations,” a spokesperson for JPMorgan told the Daily Mail.
