Emma Roberts’ son, 5, walked her down the aisle after dad Eric missed her wedding

In the absence of her father, actor Eric Roberts, Emma Roberts’ 5-year-old son, Rhodes, walked her down the aisle as she prepared to exchange vows with Cody John last weekend.

Per photos from the nuptials, Rhodes — whom Emma shares with with ex Garrett Hedlund — took on the important duty, wearing a white tux for the occasion.

Emma, meanwhile, wore a custom Monique Lhuillier gown in off-white, featuring a matching veil and asymmetrical shawl.

Though Emma’s aunt, “Pretty Woman” star Julia Roberts, was there for the Idaho nuptials, the “Dark Knight” actor was not.

Eric initially issued a terse statement on his absence, telling Page Six, “I love my daughter, always have, always will.”

“It is perfectly wonderful for her to celebrate however she wants, with whomever she wants,” he added.

Eric has previously addressed his strained relationship with the “American Horror Story” actress in recent years.

When asked about the “toughest time” of his life in an October 2024 interview on the “Inside of You” podcast, he responded, “Probably the loss of a relationship with my daughter.”

Eric denied there was any “pain” regarding their falling out, instead describing it was “a sadness for the most likely misunderstandings we’ll all have forever because we’re human.”

Earlier this year, however, Eric clarified that he and Emma are not estranged during an April interview on the “Really Famous with Kara Mayer Robinson” podcast.

He explained that their relationship is “only complicated through outside eyes … because they don’t get any of it.”

That said, he confessed to being a “car wreck” of a dad when the “Scream Queens” actress was growing up, taking “full responsibility” for considering himself “not to be depended on emotionally whatsoever.”
