Six people were injured Saturday during the load-out process following Ed Sheeran's concert at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich.

The Detroit Fire Department responded to a "forklift injury accident" at the stadium around 11 p.m., according to Click On Detroit. Six workers were then transported to a local hospital.

Equipment reportedly lost control as the stage was being torn down near a vehicle tunnel, the outlet reported.

Several workers said they were headed on a break during their shift when the equipment "lost control" and hit "several of them."

One crew member was released from the hospital Sunday after an overnight stay. Another crew member who was hit in the chest told the outlet that he'd "never experienced anything like that" and that everything "happened in a split second."

Additionally, the venue claimed one of those injured was an employee at Ford Field.

"Ford Field has begun a full review and is cooperating with the appropriate authorities and with the event’s production partners," the stadium told the outlet. "Out of respect for the people involved and the integrity of that review, we will not speculate on the cause. We are grateful to the Detroit Fire Department and EMS for their rapid response."
