Dispatch Episode 4 Choice Explained: Should You Add Phenomaman or Waterboy to the Z-Team?

Following the heartbreaking events and some good ones in Dispatch episode 3, Robert is given the option to get new teammates on board. But don’t go on thinking it’s all fine, because remember, you’re managing a team of misfits. The only option you get is choosing between Phenomaman and Waterboy for the Z-Team, so who do you choose?

Dispatch Episode 4: Why Should You Be Picking Waterboy?

Waterboy gets his first showcase in episode 2 of Dispatch; however, he doesn’t get to join the SDN as a hero but as a janitor. The shy boy has water-based powers, struggles with confidence, and doesn’t get a chance to show his full potential. But, he sure has potential if unlocked.

So if you have a bit of kindness in you, pick him to fill up the missing roster of Z-Team. Yes, putting him together with a bunch of ex-cons might be a bad idea for such a pure-hearted soul, but diamonds are made under pressure.

He might mess up the missions he’s sent on, but that doesn’t necessarily make him a bad pick because he’s a newbie. At the end of the episode, you’ll get to talk to Waterboy and learn about his insecurities and his struggles. As their manager, your job is to uplift, so do that exactly.

Waterboy is highly optimistic, try to send him on missions so that he gets the hang of it. His skills might be on the neutral side, but he is the only good soul in the entire team.

Dispatch Episode 4: Phenomaman Isn’t That Great of an Option Either

Apparently, whichever option you take in Dispatch episode 4, neither heroes don’t performs well. Phenomaman is going through a fresh breakup, and it’s obvious that his performance is going to be at an all-time low. Furthermore, his ex works at the same place as him, and was taken by someone in the same office.

The biggest problem Phenomaman is going through isn’t the breakup, but rather the fact that he feels abandoned, after all, he’s an alien. If you take him into the Z-Team, he immediately hugs Robert and thanks him for it. All Phenomaman needs is a place where he feels wanted and given responsibility.

In the end, the full episode is about cutting the misfits some slack. It’s about patience and kindness. The decision you’re mainly taking here is who you want to be kind to more. Either way, these new additions can turn out to be super helpful later down the line.
