Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing renewed scrutiny as multiple controversies continue to unfold around the imprisoned music mogul.

Reports indicate he has been placed in disciplinary segregation at a New Jersey federal prison following an alleged inmate altercation, and has now lost major privileges.

At the same time, a newly filed lawsuit accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually abusing a former child actor in 2007, claims he strongly denies.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently being held in disciplinary segregation following an alleged altercation with another inmate at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, according to prison guidelines outlining the conditions of the housing unit.

Documents detailing inmate procedures at the federal facility indicate that prisoners placed in the Special Housing Unit (SHU), often referred to as “the hole,” face several restrictions after violating Bureau of Prisons regulations. Diddy will reportedly lose access to major privileges, with prison officials likely taking away his personal belongings.

According to TMZ, while housed in segregation, inmates are provided with basic necessities, including bedding, blankets, a pillow, toilet paper, and shaving supplies.

They are also permitted to keep approved reading materials, including legal documents, books, and religious texts. The facility’s handbook further states that inmates in disciplinary housing receive daily visits from medical staff, including on weekends and public holidays, to monitor their well-being.

Visitation is not entirely suspended. Eligible inmates may still be allowed one social visit each week in the designated visiting area. At the same time, prison officials are required to keep them informed about their housing status and any developments related to their confinement.

About the prison brawl, Diddy is said to have “held his own” after taking matters into his own hands and getting into a fight with an inmate who allegedly dissed him. The altercation didn’t last for long as officials quickly stepped in to de-escalate the fight before it got out of hand.

In addition, inmates placed in segregation are briefed on their rights and responsibilities, as well as the disciplinary procedures that may apply to their case.

They are also provided with information on prohibited conduct and the range of sanctions that can be imposed, including penalties that may affect earned good-conduct credits.

The development comes as Diddy faces fresh legal troubles. A former child performer has filed a lawsuit accusing the music mogul of sexually abusing him during an industry networking event in the Hollywood Hills nearly two decades ago.

The complaint, filed this week in California by an anonymous plaintiff, adds to the growing list of legal challenges facing the music executive. CNN reports that it has reviewed a copy of the lawsuit.

Diddy is currently serving a federal prison sentence after being convicted in New York on two counts related to transportation for prostitution. He is appealing that conviction, while a separate matter remains under review by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

In the newly filed case, the plaintiff alleges that Diddy invited him to a private room during a networking gathering in 2007, claiming he wanted to discuss potential acting opportunities.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was a minor at the time and had begun working in the entertainment industry a few years earlier.

The complaint alleges that after the two entered a secluded area, Diddy offered the minor an alcoholic drink and engaged in casual conversation before initiating unwanted physical contact.

The plaintiff claims he expressed discomfort, but the interaction escalated into sexual abuse.

The new lawsuit against Diddy further alleges that he sexually assaulted the minor before ending the encounter and suggesting there could be future discussions regarding a role he had supposedly considered for him.

Diddy has strongly denied the allegations through his spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer.

“This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone. These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest,” Engelmayer said in a statement to CNN.

“He is going to pursue all avenues he can to defend himself and make sure those who start and spread lies are held responsible,” Engelmayer added.

The plaintiff, identified in court documents under the pseudonym “John YH Roe,” does not reveal his real name or the acting projects he worked on. The lawsuit states only that he was under the age of 18 at the time of the alleged incident.

In addition to suing Diddy, the plaintiff has also named his former talent agency as a defendant. He alleges the agency failed in its duty to safeguard him as a minor by not ensuring that a responsible adult accompanied him to the industry event where the alleged assault occurred.

Adding to the controversy surrounding Diddy, Jennifer Lopez’s first husband, Ojani Noa, has revisited a tense encounter he claims to have had with the rapper during the final stages of Diddy’s relationship with the singer.

In an interview, the Cuban actor recalled events he says took place around the time Lopez and Diddy were ending their romance. According to Noa, he and Lopez had remained on friendly terms and were attempting to rebuild their relationship.

Noa alleged that Lopez had previously tried to end her relationship with Diddy but claimed the music mogul responded by making threats toward her and her family. Those allegations have not been independently verified.

He went on to describe an incident at a birthday celebration Lopez hosted for one of her assistants in Los Angeles. According to Noa, Diddy unexpectedly arrived at the gathering, “and everyone was shocked.”
