Moore offered a glimpse into the preparations for Tallulah Willis’ wedding by sharing a carousel of photographs from the bride’s final dress fitting on Instagram on Tuesday.

The images captured the proud mom helping her youngest daughter with the veil as Tallulah tried on the custom Balenciaga gown, surrounded by family and close friends.

One of the photos featured Tallulah the stunning dress, receiving a kiss on the cheek from her mom. “A glimpse into my beloved Tallulah’s wedding dress fitting,” Moore captioned the post. 

“All the tender moments leading up to her beautiful day are forever etched in my heart. So grateful we were able to share this precious event together as a family.”

Moore also expressed gratitude to designer Pierpaolo Piccioli, who created the custom gown for Tallulah and helped bring her bridal vision to life. 

The fitting itself became a family occasion, with Moore, Tallulah’s sisters Rumer and Scout Willis, and Moore’s longtime stylist Brad Goreski all present.

Tallulah Willis’ Balenciaga Gown Was A Tribute To Moore

The most personal element of Tallulah’s wedding dress was hiding in plain sight: its sculptural neckline was inspired by a look worn by her mother.

The 32-year-old’s gown featured a curved neckline based on a black sheath Moore wore to the Vanity Fair Oscar party earlier this year. The reference gave the bridal design a subtle connection between mother and daughter without turning it into a literal recreation.

The original gown design had a straight neckline, but Tallulah wanted something more distinctive. “I just thought, wouldn’t it be so beautiful to have no necklace and nothing up here, but just the shape,” she told British Vogue during her final fitting.

Piccioli designed the strapless silk satin column gown with a dramatic draped skirt gathered at the hips, a long train and a structured bow at the back. Tallulah said the bow was intended to make her look “like a package that was being unwrapped.”

She finished the look with a floor-length veil, pear-shaped diamond drop earrings and a chignon with loose pieces framing her face. 

Warm, fresh makeup completed the ensemble that combined a classic bridal silhouette with deliberately sculptural details.

Tallulah’s Wedding Dress Took 712 Hours Of Couture Craftsmanship

The personal meaning behind the gown was matched by the extraordinary amount of work required to create it. 

According to Vogue, the Balenciaga atelier spent 712 hours making Tallulah Willis’s dress, with another nine hours devoted specifically to the veil.

Some of the gown’s smallest details demanded an extraordinary investment of time. Each beaded organza petal required approximately 60 hours to hand-embroider and apply, making the finished gown the result of hundreds of hours of painstaking craftsmanship.

The final fitting took place at the Chateau Marmont shortly before Tallulah and Acee’s Idaho ceremony. 

The finished gown was eventually revealed during Tallulah’s outdoor wedding, where her sisters played another important role in the visual story. 

Rumer and Scout served as bridesmaids in matching strapless mint-green dresses, complementing the romantic setting without competing with Tallulah’s couture look.

Tallulah Willis Marries Justin Acee In Intimate Idaho Wedding

Tallulah tied the knot with musician Justin Acee in an intimate wedding ceremony in Sun Valley, Idaho, on Saturday, August 8, surrounded by family, friends and several Hollywood names. 

The outdoor ceremony took place in a woodland setting decorated with gilded mirrors, topiary and large floral arrangements, creating a whimsical atmosphere for the couple’s big day. 

Among the reported guests were Moore’s “Charlie’s Angels” co-star Lucy Liu, actor Andrew Garfield, designer Zac Posen and Ali Larter. 

Following the ceremony, guests gathered for dinner at long tables decorated with dusty pink roses and mismatched crockery. 

Afterward, speeches gave way to music from DJ Samantha Ronson, while Moore was seen spending time around the lounge areas near the dance floor. 

Unfortunately, Bruce Willis was reportedly absent from the ceremony due to his ongoing battle with dementia.
