The ever-charming musician, 55, recently dropped the bombshell that he cheated on his wife, Jordyn Blum, with a mystery woman who just welcomed a baby.

You’d think rock stars would have the romance game down to a science, but apparently, Dave Grohl is learning the hard way that sometimes you bite off more than you can chew. Reports have surfaced that his alleged flirtatious behavior has been “hurtful” to his wife, Jordyn Blum, long before he secretly welcomed a baby with a mistress.

According to an insider who spilled the beans to  People:

Dave’s flirty behavior has been a hurdle in their marriage. It’s been hurtful to Jordyn.

Another source added that Grohl’s little child didn’t exactly come as a shock to those close to the couple:

We keep reading over and over again how heartbroken everyone is because Dave was supposed to be the ‘good guy,’ the rockstar that didn’t have to do those rockstar things.

Grohl, 55, and Blum have been married since 2003 and share three daughters. They seemed like the perfect match. But now, their relationship appears to be facing a bit of turbulence. The insider also mentioned that Blum was “shocked when she found out about the baby.” Her friends are rallying around her, providing the support she needs during this messy situation.

But it appears Dave isn’t entirely blameless here. Reports suggest he’s been feeling a bit green-eyed himself, particularly over Blum’s “flirty” friendship with her “hot” tennis instructor. Jealousy can make anyone see red, and it seems Grohl is no exception (via Daily Mail).

Just ahead of this revelation, Grohl reportedly hired a divorce lawyer, and Blum was spotted without her wedding ring (see Page Six). That’s a clear sign that things are more than a little rocky!

Who is this Mystery Woman?  Dave Grohl Sets the Record Straight

Well, the identity of the baby’s mother remains shrouded in secrecy, but recently, an Instagram user claiming to be her took a swing at revealing the truth.

She posted a photo of a baby girl, alleging that Dave Grohl was involved throughout the pregnancy. In her since deleted post (via Mirror), she hinted that the baby resembles the musician and that he’s just bursting with pride over his new daughter. 

The Instagram user shared a picture of the baby, tucked snugly in a car seat with a pink blanket draped over her.

Although the little one’s face was half-hidden, she was seen holding the hand of the alleged mystery woman. The caption began with an emotional flourish: 

My sweet Roxie Junie Grohl, being your mama has already been the most incredible experience of my life.

Of course, Grohl’s representative stepped in, denying that either the woman or the baby was his. They told TMZ that the whole thing was a fabrication and that the woman and baby in the photo were not connected to him. In a classic twist, the creators of the now-deleted account admitted:

I’m sorry this was a fake page; we just wanted followers! 

While Grohl’s mistress remains a mystery, some digging revealed a past connection between him and Annaliese Nielsen, an adult entertainment star (via Page Six). The latter, however, quickly denied being involved in this latest scandal, claiming their relationship was just a “brief friendship.” 

At the end of the day, it looks like Grohl has a tough road ahead if he wants to repair the damage done to his marriage. Can he find a way to strum the strings of trust and win back Jordyn Blum’s heart, or will this be one rock anthem that ends in heartbreak?
