Dak Prescott‘s ex-fiancée is debunking rumors with a sprinkle of diss.

Sarah Jane Ramos has finally cleared the air on the swirling pregnancy whispers that arose after her wedding to the Dallas Cowboys Quarterback was called off. Since then, the former couple has yet to officially address the reason for their split but has maintained the narrative that it was a mutual decision.

Dak Prescott and his ex-fiancée were scheduled to say their vows in Italy in March, but called off the wedding five weeks before the D-Day.

The question of whether Ramos would be welcoming baby No. 3 soon resurfaced on social media. A gossip account that usually follows the lives of wives and girlfriends of athletes made a post with the heading “Is Sarah Jane Ramos Hiding a Bun In The Oven After Calling Off Her Wedding to Dak Prescott?” 

The post featured a 3-picture slideshow of the former couple at an event, with the pregnant emoji on Ramos and two other pictures of her at the gym in workout clothes with friends. The post has received over a thousand reactions in less than 24 hours since it was uploaded.

The photos were accompanied by a lengthy caption recalling that the former lovebirds called off their wedding a few weeks before walking down the aisle. The WAG-watcher account reiterated that tabloids initially reported Ramos pulled the plug on the nuptials.

The caption clarified, “Sarah Jane has not announced a pregnancy, and these photos and clips do not confirm one.” However, they also noted that “when you go to her page, she doesn’t have many recent posts except one that was posted September 12th! And she’s using her daughter to cover her tummy.”

Replying to the post about an hour after it went up, Ramos debunked speculation that she was pregnant and made a subtle jab at why her body has changed so much.

“Hi everyone. Not pregnant!! Just very thick, eating again, and happier than I’ve been in a long time!” she began before dropping the bombshell.  “That’s usually what happens when you aren’t getting cheated on repeatedly and finally leave a situation that makes you unhappy.” 

She then urged people to stop sticking their noses into her business and “find something else to do with your free time.” Some internet users were on her side, calling the post “disgusting” and “weird.”

One commenter wrote, “She just had two kids in a short time; she looks good. Let her heal in peace; that’s weird to take pictures of people like that.”

Dak Prescott Initially Broke Silence On Their Split

Prescott and Ramos announced they would not walk down the aisle as initially planned during their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties. “It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding,” their statement partially read.

Last month, the athlete addressed the matter at training camp, where he stated that the failed relationship had grave effects on everyone, including their two young kids. He described the end of that chapter of his life as an “unfortunate” situation.

The Blast reported in a previous release that Prescott noted there “were a lot of false narratives out there,” but did not clarify which rumors were untrue. At the time, there was speculation of infidelity and that Ramos did not want to sign a prenup.

The Ex-Couple Are Focused On Their Kids

Prescott and the media personality’s relationship progressed really fast. They welcomed their first child together, Margaret Jane “MJ,” within months of being linked as a couple. The Dallas Cowboys star popped the question in 2024, and the following year, they became parents of two.

After their separation, their focus shifted from the romance they once shared to co-parenting their daughters. The football player filed a Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR) case in Texas, where they live. This legal step aimed to figure out how to co-parent since their split, and he even scheduled a date for the suit. 

As reported by The Blast, the former lovebirds ultimately reached an out-of-court agreement. Their legal reps stressed that both parents prioritized the best interests and welfare of MJ and Aurora Rayne.

Dak Prescott’s Ex-Fiancée Was ‘Very Happy’ With Their Co-Parenting Agreement

The court found that the agreement Prescott and his ex reached concerning co-parenting their kids was optimal. The full agreement was not publicly filed and will only reach that stage if enforcement becomes necessary.

Ramos’ attorney, Raymond Rafool, revealed that his client was relieved the situation was handled privately. “Sarah Jane is very happy that she and Dak are able to make decisions for the parties’ girls and their family on their own,” Rafool told news outlets in April.

The lawyer added that his client believes working together with her ex despite their breakup will have long-term benefits for their daughters, as shared by The Blast. Prescott’s lawyer, Levi McCathern, echoed similar views in a separate statement to another outlet. 

“We’re pleased this was resolved amicably and outside of the courtroom,” he stated, adding that their focus remains on the well-being of Prescott’s daughters. McCathern also stressed that the athlete is fully committed to ensuring that his children’s welfare remains a top-list priority.
