Crystal Palace-linked Farès Chaïbi in advanced talks with Premier League club

Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Farès Chaïbi could still be on the move before the transfer window closes later on Tuesday.

According to Bild, the player’s representatives are in advanced negotiations with at least one unnamed Premier League club.

Eintracht’s management are said to be aware of the talks, but no final decision has yet been made on the 23-year-old’s future.

Chaïbi has previously been linked with a move to Crystal Palace by Bild, who reported earlier this month that the English club appeared ready to step up their interest in the midfielder.

The Algeria international played the full 90 minutes as Eintracht drew 3-3 with 1. FC Union Berlin in their Bundesliga opener at the weekend.
