The reality star and former child bride underwent a breast reduction in late May, something she has opened up about from a physical as well as a mental perspective. Posting on Instagram just two weeks after her procedure on June 11, Courtney snapped a stunning bedroom selfie, showing off her smaller chest while stripped to a sensual lingerie look. The Celebrity Big Brother star, 31, referenced her “new girls” in her caption, which elaborated on how empowered she now feels after closing the chapter on the implants she got done at the age of 18. Fans did, however, have questions.

Modeling a lacy, underwire bra with flesh-toned, sheer accents, the blonde showed off her bombshell figure while crossing her bare legs, flashing her cleavage and abs as she drew the eye down to her waist and hips.

Teaming her embellished bra with matching briefs, Courtney wore her light hair down, keeping glam with matte makeup that accentuated her attractive features. The media personality, who has tied her teen implants into her sense of feeling used and abused amid her teen marriage to ex-husband Doug Hutchison, told fans:

“Introducing the new girls. I got huge implants when i was barely 18. today, at 31, i finally feel like i’m making decisions for me. this wasn’t just about going smaller. it was about taking my body back.” Courtney continued that the surgery had left her feeling “lighter,” but that she was still in the “healing” process. Additionally, she confirmed feeling that her body “belonged to everyone but me” for so long before thanking board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dr. Stuart Linder for having performed the op.

The fan response was immense. 100 fans have now liked a reply reading: “Taking your body back from the public and men is beyond empowering.” Another said that they were “so happy” for Stodden, with a third expressing disgust over the surgeon who performed her initial implants.

Told Surgeon At 18 Wasn’t Being ‘Appropriate’

“The fact that a surgeon thought it was appropriate to do that kind of surgery on a person who was still physically developing makes me sick,” the user wrote. “What made you get implants initially anyway,” another asked.
