In the book, Kleinfeld focuses on “understanding your inner game versus the outer game,” which he says is the “importance of managing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy as foundational for sustainable success in both business and life.” By doing so, you unlock your inner strength and creative resilience, and that opens you to finding your purpose.
“Increased inner strength,” says Kleinfeld, “unlocks success in whatever ‘outer game’ a leader chooses to engage.” Doing so, he continues, “ allows you to define a winning strategy, have flawless execution, achieve high-performance and effective board and stakeholder management.”
Kleinfeld join a Conversation That Matters about finding inner peace and excelling as a leader.
