Isabella Jones is remembering Presley Gerber with a promise that her love for him will endure. The influencer shared a collection of throwback photos with the late model, offering a glimpse into a relationship the pair largely kept out of the spotlight. Her message was brief, but deeply personal.

Jones’s tribute comes as those closest to Gerber continue mourning his unexpected death last month at age 27. His family and former partners have shared memories of him, while his parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, have asked for privacy.

Jones posted her tribute on Instagram on Friday, October 9, along with a carousel of photos of her with Gerber. “My sweet Presley, I will miss you for the rest of my life,” the 27-year-old wrote.

Few details about their relationship have been publicly revealed. The two were last spotted together at the Cloud23 launch party in Los Angeles in October 2024.

Following Gerber’s death, a spokesperson for his parents addressed the family’s grief in a statement to Us Weekly. “The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time,” the spokesperson said. Along with Crawford and Rande, Gerber is survived by his younger sister, model Kaia Gerber.

A cause of death has not been publicly shared. An investigation remains ongoing amid suspicions of an apparent overdose. Those suspicions have not been confirmed as the cause.

Gerber’s remains were cremated.

Kaia Gerber Previously Discussed Her Brother’s Addiction

Before her brother’s death, Kaia had spoken about how his substance abuse struggles affected their family. In an August interview with Vogue, the 25-year-old reflected on how she responded to watching someone she loved need support.

“When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone,” she said. “I think that’s also why I started to self-​identify as the easy one and never wanted to ask for help. Because it felt like too much to have two children who were needing.”

Presley had spoken about his mental health long before his death, using a February 2023 appearance on the “Studio 22” podcast to explain why he wanted to open up. During the conversation, the then-23-year-old discussed his experience with depression and said helping even one person through a similarly difficult period would make sharing his story worthwhile.

“So, for me and having struggled with mental health, depression and some other things that come along with that, I think that whether I help one person or a hundred people get out of that place that I was in at one point in my life, that’s all I need to do,” he said at the time. “I’ve definitely had a lot of experiences. I’ve had a lot of deep dives, a lot vacations and a lot of time to look into myself and learn about myself with therapists.”

He also wanted mental health to receive more attention and conversation.

The Gerber family has also received support from its famous circle of friends. George Clooney, a close friend of Rande and his Casamigos business partner, spoke out about the loss.

“I don’t think we’re even in the position of even being able to talk about it. Quite honestly, it’s one of the most devastating things that’s happened to our family,” Clooney said. “And their family is just, as you can imagine, it’s the worst thing that could happen to the family.”

Jones is not the only former partner to share an emotional goodbye. “Summer House” alum Lexi Wood, who dated Gerber in 2022, posted her own tribute on Instagram last month. She described a bond that continued through different stages of their relationship.

“It’s hard to put into words what it means to lose someone who was such a meaningful part of my life for so many years,” Wood wrote. “Through every chapter and every version of our relationship, friendship was always at the core of it. Everyone who loved Presley and was loved by him knows he was one of the kindest, most open, loving and courageous people. He loved so deeply, so purely, was incredibly romantic and thoughtful.”
