Charlize Theron shares rare photos of her kids as they get into ‘spooky season’ at Disneyland

Charlize Theron got into the spooky spirit by sharing some rare snapshots of her and her kids enjoying a day at the Happiest Place On Earth this week.

“It’s not officially spooky season until we hit @disneyland 👻,” the “Mad Max: Fury Road” star captioned her carousel on Friday.

The slideshow included snaps of Theron, 49, and her daughters August, 7, and Jackson, 11, taking in California’s Disneyland and its festive Halloween decor with some pals.

In one photo, the actress flashed an enthusiastic thumbs-up while sitting in Cars Land outside Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween.

Another snapshot showed Theron and her girls smiling widely in front of the train station on Main Street.

The final photo in the heartwarming post showed the proud mom of two looking out at Main Street with her arm around both of her daughters.

Theron adopted Jackson and August in 2012 and 2015, respectively.

“Even when I was in relationships, I was always honest with my partners, that adoption was how my family would look one day,” Theron told People in 2018 about her desire to adopt her children.

“This was definitely not a second option for me. It was always my first.”

Though she keeps her kids mostly out of the spotlight, it appears a trip to Disney is always worth a post, as Theron shared a glimpse of her trip to Florida’s Disney World with her two daughters in March.

“Spring break mode activated,” she captioned the carousel, which showed her riding the TRON Lightcycle/Run ride and standing outside Cinderella’s Castle.

In addition to her beloved trips to Disney, Theron showed off a mother-daughter adventure in New York City with August in April.

She brought August to the Dior pre-fall fashion show in April as well, where they sat front row together. Jackson, meanwhile, joined her at Dior’s runway show in September 2023.

In July, the “Atomic Blonde” actress made a rare comment about her kids when she told E! News they are “so embarrassed” by her.

“It’s a lot of girl in our house,” she added. “I’m just trying to keep my head above water, because they are smart and they are witty and they are firecrackers.”

“But they do not go, ‘Oh my god, Mom, you’re so amazing.’ They’re like, ‘Excuse me, I need. I want.'”
