Britney Spears is sharing a toxic beauty experience.
The “…Baby One More Time” singer took to Instagram Friday to issue a stern warning to her followers to “be careful with your bodies” after she claimed she was left with a droopy eye after a recent Botox procedure.
Spears alleged that a doctor “put so much Botox in this left eye that it drooped down like that” as she pressed her fingers to her left eye to show her fans how it looked.
“And it’s just now starting to raise up and be normal again,” she said, calling the whole experience “so embarrassing.”
“Girls, you have to be careful if you do Botox,” Spears continued. “These people and these doctors, they can really f–k your eyes up.”
The Grammy winner said her eye was droopy for about “four weeks.”
“Be careful with these people. They try to change, like, your face and try to, like, f–k things up,” she concluded. “Be careful with your bodies, because it’s yours and you own it. So, that’s it.”
Spears captioned the clip, “You can’t trust anyone!!!”
Page Six reached out to a representative for Spears but did not immediately hear back.

Spears’ post about her beauty fail came shortly after she shared a heartbreaking confession about how she “failed as a mother.”
The “Crossroads” actress wrote in a lengthy statement that she felt this way because one of her sons — either Sean Preston, 20, or Jayden James, 19 — told her that he doesn’t believe in God.
Spears, meanwhile, wrote that she’s certain there’s “a Holy Spirit that sits high in the kingdom of heaven,” backing up her belief by adding, “I’ve been there [and] I’ve felt it.”
Elsewhere in her post, the pop diva recounted a time when she claimed her estranged father, Jamie Spears, and her mother, Lynne Spears, “secretly” took her sons to the beach without her.
Spears said she “felt demoralized” by her parents allegedly spending time with her kids behind her back, noting she “went to [her] knees and cried for two months.”
The “Stronger” singer mourned how she “never got to be me” because she “was brainwashed into an ignorant system where every goddamn person took advantage of me.”
It appears Spears was referring to her 13-year conservatorship that was terminated by a judge in November 2021.
Since gaining her freedom, Spears has displayed erratic behavior on social media and even shared videos of her dancing with knives.
Spears was arrested for a DUI in March and checked herself into rehab the following month.
The mom of two has happily reconnected with her sons in recent years, with them allegedly being a big reason why she sought treatment following her DUI charge, for which she accepted a “wet reckless” offer in court.
