A 23-year-old Brampton man has been charged with first-degree murder after another man was found gunned down in a car in Brampton.

On Friday, Peel Regional Police were called to a home on Milestone Dr. where they located a man shot dead in a vehicle.
Police said they are not releasing the victim’s identity, per the family’s request.
Shortly before midnight on Friday, Parmvir Singh was arrested and charged.

Police are unaware of the motive for the shooting but don’t believe it was random.
The investigation is ongoing.
