Borussia Dortmund have agreed personal terms with Diego Moreira, according to transfer journalist Mohamed Toubache-Ter.

To complete the transfer, Borussia Dortmund still need to reach an agreement with RC Strasbourg, who are reportedly demanding €38 million plus €5 million in bonuses for the winger.

If the deal goes through at that price, Moreira would become Dortmund’s most expensive signing ever, surpassing Ousmane Dembélé, who arrived from Stade Rennais FC for €35 million in 2016.

Moreira scored five goals and provided nine assists in 42 appearances for Strasbourg during the 2025/26 season.

He is part of Belgium’s squad for this summer’s World Cup.
