Bonnie Tyler delivered an epic final performance of “Total Eclipse of the Heart” during the singer’s last show before her tragic death.

The Grammy nominee belted out her hit song at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on March 19.

She was all smiles singing the ’80s power ballad, holding the microphone out to audience members for their participation.

Tyler, who appeared happy and healthy at the time, performed in a sparkly top and black blazer.

While the songwriter was expected to take the stage two days later in Cardiff, the show was postponed — and Tyler was hospitalized in Faro, Portugal, at the end of April over a serious tear in her bowel.

Tyler, born Gaynor Sullivan, underwent emergency intestinal surgery and was placed in a medically induced coma due to complications from the procedure.

When doctors first attempted to bring Tyler out of the coma, she went into cardiac arrest — but was ultimately awoken in June.

However, the “Holding Out For a Hero” hitmaker’s team clarified that she was still “seriously ill” and had a “slow … recovery process” ahead of her.

On Thursday, news broke of Tyler’s death at age 75.

“Bonnie’s family and team are heartbroken to announce that Bonnie unexpectedly passed away last night in hospital in Portugal as a result of the illness that she was being treated for,” a spokesperson said.

“We will issue a further statement shortly but for now ask for privacy to deal with this tragedy,” the statement concluded.

Just ahead of her health scare, Tyler gushed to Hello! magazine about being “fit enough” to perform “at the moment.

“Touch wood,” she quipped. “I’m really enjoying doing the shows. I’m still rocking on that stage with my wonderful band, and if you’ve got your health, you’ve got everything.”

Tyler, who is survived by husband Robert Sullivan, had been scheduled to embark on a European tour in May.

Her cause of death remains unknown.
